Hiya! I’m Cin.

I’m a photographer specialising in analogue processes documenting weddings in Manchester offering a mix of digital, 35mm film, medium format, instant film and video.

My approach is relaxed and unobtrusive, with a photojournalistic/documentary style. Looking back at photos of my own family from years ago I can tell the unposed, in the moment ,candid shots are the best ones and the kind of photos of myself and my loved ones that I treasure the most. For my Photography degree at MMU, most of my research revolved around identity, memory making and the effect different mediums/approaches will have on how we remember a moment.

I know being in front of the camera can be a bit daunting for some, so whilst 95% of my work is candid and unposed, I’m happy to take group shots and direct you gently so you feel comfortable to be yourself: no stiff poses, just gentle prompts to encourage movement.
